Signposts Series
Signposts expresses the central theme of this series: God knows us as the radiance of His/ Her own Infinite Being, but we - as mortals - must seek out this Truth of who we really are.

I. The Christ Paradigm
...My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55; 8,9)
The human mind enslaves us in the perpetual delusion of a self apart from God. But there is a Mind higher than ours and we are being called to a new understanding of identity and life. A new paradigm.

II. The Good Shepherd
He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. (Isaiah 40; 11)
We are not alone. The Good Shepherd loves us and leads us. He knows our hearts.

III. At Jacob's Well
And I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be My people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto Me with their whole heart. (Jeremiah 24:7)
We are made in the image of Divine Love, designed to seek God, to know God and to discern ourselves as God created us to be.

IV. The Circumcised Heart
Behold, the Kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17; 21)
The hard human heart is transformed by and through the Way of the Good Shepherd. In humility and obedience, our hearts open to reveal the image and likeness of divine Love Itself.
V. Alpha and Omega
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one and love the other, or hold to the one and despise the other. (Matthew 6; 24)
The understanding that the real and eternal man is made in God's image and likeness is the beginning of spiritual discernment and the end of the human mind's belief in an ego separated from God.

VI. The Raising of Lazarus
Unto you that fear My name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings. (Malachi 4; 2)
The open and understanding heart recognizes the spiritual nature of our identity that cannot be separated from the ONE Spirit which is Life itself. This understanding is a catalyst for change in our perceived reality.

VII. Homecoming/ Coming Home
Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art Mine.
(Isaiah 43;1)
The human mind is preoccupied with the myth of separation from the ONE. This myth loses its hold on us as we acknowledge the eternal presence and protection of The Good Shepherd.

VIII. The King's Daughter
The King's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold. (Psalm 45;13)
The recognition of man's true identity releases us from the enslaving influence of fear and judgment. What God has made cannot be unmade or altered to concur with human opinion. We are always in God's everlasting arms.

IX. The Bridge of Light
Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are this world, I am not of this world.(John 8;23 )
The Good Shepherd invites us to a level of consciousness in which there is no duality, judgement or condemnation. There is only the certainty of ONE infinite Forcefield of Absolute Good.

X. The Mustard Seed
The Kingdom of heaven is like unto a grain of mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof. (Matthew 13; 31,32)
The Truth of man's spiritual eternal identity, once discerned, has the power to bless exponentially.

XI. Stargazing
Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
(Psalm 37; 37)
To stargaze is to see the real and eternal man without reference to the story of human experience. The Good Shepherd is the Master of spiritual discernment and we are called to follow Him by seeing others, and loving them, as reflections of the Divine.
